Everything you need to know about Sophia Education’s Homework Studio
1️⃣ When can my child arrive?
Students can arrive anytime between 2–7 PM, Monday to Friday. Each day, a tutor will be available for 2–3 hours to guide students through their homework and answer questions.
3️⃣ What time can parents pick up their child?
Pick-up is flexible anytime before 7 PM.
5️⃣ Will drinks and snacks be provided?
Yes. We offer light refreshments to keep students energised and focused.
7️⃣ Can my child start immediately?
Yes! After signing up, your child can begin on the same day.
9️⃣ How do I stop the membership?
Simply inform us before your next payment due date. Your membership remains active until the end of your current paid month.
1️⃣1️⃣ Do you operate on Public Holidays?
No. We close on Public Holidays as students also do not have school.
1️⃣3️⃣ Can I check if my child has arrived and is studying?
Yes! Our staff is available from 2–7 PM. You can call or WhatsApp us anytime to check on your child’s attendance and progress.
2️⃣ Will my child be distracted by phones or games?
No. Our friendly staff will ensure all students focus on their work — homework comes first, and there are no phone or gaming distractions during study hours.
4️⃣ What will my child be doing during the session?
Students will work on completing their homework and, during tutor-assisted hours, receive help with difficult questions, revision tips, and exam preparation.
6️⃣ Will free worksheets or exam papers be given?
Yes. We provide free in-house printed worksheets and exam papers, customised to each student’s needs.
8️⃣ Is there a trial period?
Yes. After sign-up, your child can attend for 2 days with no obligation. If you decide not to continue, we will issue a full refund for the first month.
🔟 How is payment charged?
We charge on a monthly cycle. For example, if you sign up on 8 Aug 2025, your first payment covers 8 Aug–7 Sep 2025, and the next payment will be due on 8 Sep 2025.
1️⃣2️⃣ If my child misses a session, will there be a refund?
No refunds for missed sessions. Membership is use-and-pay monthly. If you wish to stop, let us know, and your membership will end at the end of your current paid period.
