1. Overview
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and purchase of products offered by Sophia Education, including education notes, study materials, and trial lessons. By purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by the terms below.
2. Products Offered
We sell printed and digital education notes designed for JC, Secondary, IP, and PSLE levels. These notes may be bundled with trial tuition lessons (in-person or online), depending on the product.
Printed Notes will be shipped to the customer’s provided address.
Trial Lessons are scheduled individually and will be conducted by our tutors.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in SGD and include GST (if applicable).
Prices may be subject to change without prior notice.
Payment must be made in full before product dispatch or lesson arrangement.
Accepted payment methods include PayNow, Credit/Debit Card, and Bank Transfer.
4. Order Confirmation & Delivery
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with product and delivery details.
Printed notes are typically delivered within 3–5 working days (Singapore only).
Digital materials or trial lesson confirmations are sent via email or WhatsApp.
5. Refund Policy
Notes purchases are non-refundable once shipped or accessed.
Trial lessons may be refundable only under the First Lesson Satisfaction Guarantee (contact us within 3 working days).
If the trial lesson has not been scheduled or used, a refund may be processed upon request.

6. Rescheduling or Lesson Issues
Trial lesson times may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
If the tutor is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide an alternative slot or tutor.
7. Use of Materials
All education notes and content sold are:

Not to be reproduced, resold, or distributed without written permission.
8. Account & Access
You may be required to provide personal information when ordering or booking. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your details updated for communication and delivery purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
Sophia Education is not liable for:
Misuse of materials
Delivery delays due to courier services
Student performance outcomes after use of our products
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
